The rotary speed of axis can be configured between 2.5~70 rpm. The speed is calculated with the CPU and allows for smooth acceleration. When the subject falls from the rotarod, the photo beam sensors detect it automatically and display the data on the LCD panel. The apparatus consists of an inner case that prevents the subject from escaping after falling and the case is also detachable for easy use and maintenance.
通常の定速回転試験はもちろん、加速回転試験が可能です。初速・終速・加速時間・終速維持時間を任意に設定可能ですので、さまざまなスケジュールの試験が可能です。１個体用はマウス・ラット共用で、５個体用はマウス専用です。 被験体の落下はフォトビームセンサーで自動測定し、データは計測開始から落下までの秒数でカウンターに表示されます。落下した動物は専用トレイで受けますので、逃亡を防ぐことができます。回転方向の切換も可能で、いずれの方向でも同様に試験ができます。
