There are two types of beams, one of training and the other for testing and both beams have a coating of a non-slip material. Each apparatus is equipped with a framework that prevents the subject from escaping after falling of the beams.
マウスの協調運動、平衡感覚を評価する実験です。 50cmの高さに地面と平行に滑りにくい処理をした丸棒を設置し、その端からもう一方の端にある逃避ボックスまでをマウスに歩かせて、その時間と足を滑らせる回数を手動で記録します。 棒の太さを細くすると、足を滑らせる回数が増えます。
